SUMMARY

In the year 2019, thirty-one years have passed since the outbreak of World War III. In Neo-Tokyo, all authority is waging a never-ending struggle against the underground that virtually rules the shattered city. A top-secret child with amazing powers of the minds breaks free from custody and accidentally gets a motorcycle gang involved in the project. The incident triggers psychic powers within one of the members, Tetsuo, and he is taken by the army and experimented on. Is this really dual audio? How is it that it only show single audio track? Error?
 
The second (English) audio track is in a separate file.
 
THORA put it in an extra file so people can decide whether they want to download it or not. There's really no simpler way to explain it - it is as I said.
 
For PotPlayer it is Right Click -> Open -> Open Audio...
Depending on what you use to play your files with, the option might be named differently. Or simply download mkvtoolnix and join the files into one for easier viewing.
 
Hi. I have downloaded all the parts but when I extract it asks for a password. Would someone happen to know what it is? Thanks
 
I don't know where you got your files from as mine are not password protected.
 
Could you please re-upload Part 01-06 and 09-12 on FileFactory? They have been deleted or have some DMCA issues... wow this anime is way before I even started watching anime. Thank you as always corocoro:D
